WHITE

CHIN CHIN | VINHO VERDE, 2025
Quinta do Ermizio, Minho, Portugal
Bone-dry, crisp apples, zesty citrus, white flowers, light effervescence. We love to drink it.

GRÜNER VELTLINER | LÖSSTERRASSEN, 2024
Bründlmayer, Kremstal, Austria [organic]
Crisp, lively, juicy, peppery. Dry. Green apple, lemon, fresh herbs. Classic Grüner with a bit of attitude.

SAUVIGNON BLANC | LE BALBUZARD, 2024
Emile Balland, Loire, France [organic]
Fresh rather than shouty. Bright, floral, grapefruit. Crisp, fresh, ripe citrus, peach.

RIESLING | KALLSTADTER, 2022
Koehler-Ruprecht, Pfalz, Germany
Bone dry. Peach & pear, herbal note, hint of honey, mint. Succulent; long mineral finish. From an estate founded in the 1700s.

CHARDONNAY | L’INTERDIT, 2025
Guffens, Luberon, France
Vibrant, with jasmine, orange, stone-fruit, vanilla, kiss of creamy oak. Perfect acidity. Burgundian-style and brilliant.

RED

DON TINTO | TEMPRANILLO, 2025
Bodegas Latue, La Mancha, Spain [organic]
Juicy, surprisingly complex, dark cherry, plum, little spice, soft tannin. No need to overthink it.

AGIORGITIKO | DIPNOS, 2023
Kintonis, Corinth, Greece
Dark berries, plum, chocolate, spice. Soft, juicy and generous. Greek wine is having a moment and we’re here for it.

RIOJA, ARTUKE, 2025
De Miguel, Rioja, Spain [organic]
Fruit-forward, cherry, blackberry, a lick of liquorice. Joyful.

MALBEC | ‘PUR FRUIT DE CAUSSE’, 2024
Combel La Serre, Cahors, France [organic]
Bright, thirst-quenching plum, blackberry, violets, herbs, soft spice, earthy. High, vibrant acidity. From the birthplace of Malbec.

ROSÉ

RIOJA ROSARDO, 2024
Señorio de Librares, Rioja, Spain
Violet pink, strawberries, cherries, hay, grass, fresh, mineral finish. Incredibly drinkable.

TRIENNES ROSÉ | 2025
Provence, France [organic]
Pale, dry, wild strawberry, redcurrants, citrus, hint saline. A rosé with pedigree.

PINOT NOIR | ROSE-SECCO, NV
Ulli Stein, Mosel, Germany [organic]
A very cool sparkling rosé. Crisp, high-toned, crunchy, red berry, cooling mineral. A rebellion in German wine making.

SPARKLING

CAVA | BRUT NATURE, NV
Dominio de Requena, Valencia, Spain [organic]
Delicate, elegant citrus, floral, toasty. Moreish. We warned you. From the ‘Godfathers of Valencian Cava’.

CRÉMANT DU LOIRE | PERLES DES BÉNÉDICTINS BLANC DE BLANCS, NV
Domaine des Bénédictins, France [organic]
Nutty, herbal-edged stone fruit, creamy texture, gentle effervescence.
