Come and work for us in our busy neighbourhood beer bars in Wimborne and Ashley Cross! Tucked away, a little off the beaten track, The Butcher’s Dog bars are relaxed, friendly and beer-obsessed, run by a super team - we’re biased, of course!
We need people who love the pub, love talking to people and enjoy working in a small but perfectly formed team! No prior bar experience is necessary but people skills are a must and some customer service would be great.
Applicants should be available to work flexibly on Friday Saturdays and Sundays, daytime and evening.

20–25 hours per week | February start
We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Butcher’s Dog, Wimborne. If you love people, great beer and great customer service, this could be the role for you.
You’ll help run the bar, lead the team, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience – whether you’re working independently or alongside the rest of the team.
We’d love you to have:
Leadership experience in hospitality
Cash handling and conflict management skills
Personal licence (preferred)
A sociable, customer-focused attitude
A love for the local community and independent businesses
